Availability & Policies

Rates

The Villa is available all year round for summer or winter holidays. A minimum stay of 7 days is requested for the months of June, July, August & September.

I would like also to inform you that the pool can be heated at the beginning or at the end of the season (upon request). The extra charge is 60 euro per day.

Official rates for 2026:

From 27/03 to 30/04 – 290€
From 01/05 to 31/05 – 310€
From 01/06 to 18/06 – 500€
From 19/06 to 31/08 – 650€
From 01/09 to 30/09 – 460€
From 01/10 to 10/11 – 310€

The above rates are for up to 8 persons and in case of more, it will be an extra charge.

Payment policy:

A deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. The remaining 75% of the rental cost is due 3 weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy:

For cancellations up to 3 weeks prior to arrival, 0% of the total rental cost will be retained as a cancellation fee. For cancellations less than 3 weeks prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
